Repeat Prescriptions

We are now asking that you please give us 7 working days’ notice for repeat prescriptions to be processed.

This will allow our dispensary team more time to prepare your prescription and ensure they are available on collection. We hope this in turn will reduce the queue that can build up during busy periods.

We are taking steps to try and improve things in dispensary and are looking for new staff - this will obviously take a bit of time.
